Asian Heritage Awards

E-mail Print PDF

The Asian Heritage Awards are given out once a year by the Asian Heritage Society of San Diego to honor and celebrate the achievements of Asian Pacific Islanders as part of a legacy to inspire future generations for decades to come.  Candidates for the awards are nominated and voted by community members.  In 2004, the first year the awards were given out, the Society honored ____ men and women and organizations in ____ categories.  ___individuals and group entities were winners.  In 2009, ___ individuals and organizations were nominated in ___categories.  ____  were winners.  This award is unique in that it celebrates accomplishments and shows how an individual or organization connects with the community.

The goal of the Legacy Club Online is to highlight the accomplishments and professional achievements of all the awardees and nominees of the Asian Heritage Award and share them with community members and the world.  In addition, this website serves as a testimony that Asian Heritage Society and the community continue to value the contributions these individuals have made.  The final product will consist of a list of all the awardees and nominees with links to their accomplishments, up-to-date professional profiles, and contact information.  It will go a long way toward keeping these individuals connected to the community while the community connects with them.

Stay connected.  Preserve the Legacy.
